Spin Cycle
Spinning is a low impact, cardio vascular workout designed around riding a stationery bike. The individual rider controls the resistance of the fixed gear drive and has the ability to fully adjust the bike to their own personal needs.The class is controlled by an instructor and is scheduled for 45 minutes and incorporates levels of difficulty such as hills, wind, off-the-seat, high rpm pedalling, and also downhills. You can burn up to 800 calories during a 45 minute class.
Pump
PUMP is referred to as an 'exercise to music' class rather than an 'aerobic' class. The physiological benefits that are gained are more than cardiovascular. The participants use free weights, such as barbels which are designed specifically for pump to ensure maximum safety. The class is 60 minutes long and gives a complete full body workout. The class is controlled by an instructor who begins the sessions with a warm-up that moves into comprehensive workouts like squats, lunges, bench press, bicep curls, shoulder press and more. All the major muscle groups are targeted.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics has been a popular way of keeping fit for years, particularly for people who with certain health problems or those recovering from injury. It also extends its appeal to younger fitness enthusiasts. Aqua aerobics is generally more low-impact than land based aerobics, but these classes have most of the fat-burning and strength classes are aimed at improving tone, strength and mobility. Aqua aerobics offers resistance in all directions, compared to land exercises working aganst gravity. Main benefits of Aqua Aerobics include: weigth loss/fat burning, strength building and flexibililty, excellent cardio-respiratory exercise, and increase in muscle tone
Squash
Our newly developed three ASB squash courts, shipped from Germany is the first of its kind in the Eastern Cape and surrounding areas. Fully approved and certified by the world squash federation, we are set to making this fun sport a great activity for all in our facility.
Power-Plate
Power-Plate is exercise through vibration. It is the leader in the industry and stimulates the body's natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy through the body, activating muscle contractions between 30 to 50 times per second, enhancing overall performance. Sessions are between 15 to 20 minutes with a qualified instructor. Creche
You dont worry about your little ones. While you are busy with your workout, we make sure they have a lot of fun in our new creche facility. They are supervised by experienced caretakers in a wonderful and friendly atmosphere.

Our gym is equipped with higly durable fitness machines. Whatever your health or fitness needs are, we have all you need. You dont have to queue to use the equipment as they are wide in range. Our experienced instructors are always ready to assist you with any exercise equipment. Your are welcome to sign up for personal training to monitor your progress and achieve your overall goal, whether it is weight gain, loss or tone.
